MVP KWIK-CURE LAMP FOR RESIN CURING

We’ve cut the cord and added a built in 45-second curing cycle with the powerful and compact MVP Kwik-Cure!

The MVP Kwik-Cure has six (6) 365nm UV LED diodes all housed in a durable but lightweight aluminum case with four (4) suction cups for a strong hold while curing.

The Kwik-Cure is built and assembled on-site at Liquid Resins, and each lamp is tested and thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. The Kwik-Cure will deliver 2-3 hours of “on time” per charge and cuts the cure time in half compared to our florescent-bulb curing lamps. The Kwik-Cure will come with a standard USB cable for charging, a secondary magnetic charging cable and a cigarette lighter adapter for charging on the go.

The MVP Kwik-Cure’s LED diodes pulsate while charging. The lamp will take approximately 4 hours to receive a full charge when starting with a low battery. The Kwik-Cure’s LED diodes will turn solid when it is fully charged and will no longer pulsate. This is how you will know you have a fully charged curing lamp. The Kwik-Cure can be used while charging, but we recommend avoiding that if at all possible.

The MVP Kwik-Cure is best paired with Liquid Resins’ products. Our in-house testing was done with our most popular resins (Green Cap, Red Cap, White Cap & Super Hard Pit Resin). We recommend two 45-second cycles while curing under pressure (top and bottom of the bridge & injector assembly) and one cycle curing Super Hard Pit Resin. The Super Hard Pit Resin will cure well before the Kwik-Cure completes its 45-second cycle.

The MVP Kwik-Cure comes with a 1-year warranty and an LED lifespan of over 150,000 repairs.

***Kwik-Cure Notes & Directions***

1. Remove the MVP Kwik-Cure from its box and inspect the lamp for any potential defects. Notify your Liquid Resins representative if you have any questions prior to use or while using the MVP Kwik-Cure.
2. The MVP Kwik-Cure is equipped with a built in 45-second timer when operating.
3. To arm the Kwik-Cure, push the black switch towards the red button. The red button is what activates the 45-second timer.
4. Press and hold the red button until the LED diodes pulsate 3 times. This means the Kwik-Cure is ready for its 45-second cycle.
5. After the lamp has flashed three times, push the red button again to initiate its 45-second cycle. You can push the button again for additional 45-second cycles if needed. You can also cut a 45-second cycle short by pushing the red button while in use to temporarily turn off the lamp.
6. To disarm the Kwik-Cure, push and hold the red button until the LED diodes flash twice. You can also deactivate the lamp by pushing the black switch back to its off position, which is the side closest to the USB charging port.
7. Remember to avoid direct eye contact with the LED diodes and to wear protective eyewear.
